Thank you omen666, what a good idea, I might just do that! Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0

Providing water costs money both for the water, the infastructure - some places require expensive water hygiene regimes and for glasses, or cups etc
Why shouldnt you pay for it?
Would you expect to get some free oil from a garage because you filled your tank?0 -
Your signature says it all to meIf you can't get it free, find it at a discount. If you cannot get it at a discount, don't buy it, but wait until you can find it free or discounted!
Just because that's your philosophy in life does not mean that others should feel obliged to facilitate your quest
And you should have followed your own advice & waited until you could find it free ?
hypocrasy in my book"Very funny, Scotty. Now beam down my clothes."

My point is honest & valid
If you don't like the truth that's unfortunate
Can't believe that so much time has been dedicated to answering posts over someone whos too tight to pay for a drink"Very funny, Scotty. Now beam down my clothes."

Oh dear this thread has resorted to trading insults. As for my side of the fence, one question, if you go out and know you need to take your happy pills, why should I at my expense dispense water for you?, you can always carry a bottle in your handbag.
It is the same with using the toilets.0 -

Thanks for the warning bookworm1363 and OlliesDad. Just so sad that instead of creating a united front against the exploitation of the consumer, some people choose to have a go at their fellow MSers, but hey, that's life, diverse and multifaceted! Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0 -
