That's something I didn't know! Too late for this month, I'm just waiting to see if they have sorted the credit out for this month!"Cheap", "Fast", "Right" -- pick two.0

It probably is not too late. Even if they have already taken the money, the bank will refund and then claim the money back from O2.ka7e wrote:That's something I didn't know! Too late for this month, I'm just waiting to see if they have sorted the credit out for this month!
Before we moved house we were having a dispute with Telewest (They disconnected the ISDN line when installing cable broadband). When I could not get satisfaction from Telewest, I got the bank to refund the last 5 months direct debits.
If you do decide to do this, I suggest that you let O2 know first, just so they do not think you are trying to avoid paying at all.[size=-2] If this post was unhelpful, please tell me.

Well ive just had a reply saying pretty much the same as before. Ive used the minutes and owe the money and shouldnt have taken any notice of the 'online inclusive minutes' amount as its wrong. No mention of when or how they were supposed to have informed me of the problem.
Ive just been on to my bank as suggested on here which i thought was a good idea but they cant help either. I asked them if they could refund the amount and they said no. If it was a standing order that was set up and they took too much then they could do it but on a direct debit they cant as that can be a variable amount. Thanks for the idea though.
I suppose now that im going to have to take it further. Its so b****y annoying when these big companies think they can do as they like. :mad:0 -
Lot of help my insurance company were!!
Just spoke to them to see what help they can give ( i have legal help/advice cover) and i may as well not have bothered. I thought they would perhaps contact them on my behalf. He said i would need to put in writing my complaints and they are in 'breach of contract' and i am seeking a final written response and possibly taking them to the small claims court.
He was trying to think who the people were to get in contact with and i told him it said in the site otelo (something like that) and i also explained to him that it states that they will not even look at a case that is under 12 weeks old.
What are peoples comments on writing a paper copy letter rather than emailing? Is it worth the time and effort (not on my part but time taken through the post etc prolonging the outcome) or would i be just as well to email and in the subject line put FAO Mr X (whoever it is)?0
