Have the same issue with Virgin...all scripted even down to their so called "empathy"....I too am fed up of getting through to Indian call centre they are obviously reading from a flow chart when you ring, try and ring durin the afternoon at weekend, or call back when you think they have changed shifts, i note the free calls to sky call centre will end in april, this means the lines will be even worse off peak !!!0 -

I am no expert in property but have lived in many types of homes, in many locations and can only talk from experience.0 -
That along with "If you have an issue with you broadband please press 1" and their helpful "trouble shooting" advice.

Had loads of problems with sky, used murdoch before he left then this email address. No one on the phone seems to help. Push for compensation, you should get a few months free at least.0
