Looking at my local borough's (Barnet) website it suggests that they update regularly by 'rolling registration', see here:

If it's the same countrywide you should definitely be on the register by now.
Would be a good idea to write to your council / borough for confirmation that you have been added.
Good luck!

Mine does the same actually - I think it is a nationwide thing, but they still need the Council to send the info over, which can take ages knowing some LA's......
we've got the SAR thread going - has trophy got back to you regards to the new cra's?

The Annual update takes place in December with a monthly rolling update to September. I had to contact Equifax in late January as they had not got me down as being on the electoral roll, there must have been a glitch somewhere that meant I wasn't added automatically. They corrected it on the day I contacted them :-)0

Experian and Callcredit updated my records automatically from the monthly registrations. The rolling monthly registrations, I have found, have updated usually within a couple of months. I'd contact them to say your on the electoral roll and ask them to update your details. They may require proof, my local council sent me a letter.;)0
