I have tried that but its still not letting me run Malwarebytes, it gets about 3/4's of the way through installation and freezes. Yet it comes up under my programs, I have tried uninstalling and starting again but that doesnt work either. Below is an updated scan result:

s'alright Rik...I'm learning this as I'm going along (most things are obvious) I didn't think to mention removing the normal junk just yet..just get rid of the bad..though I suppose doing both at the same time makes more sense.
If I had my way (back to when I rule the world) they'd be removing avg, apple stuff, belkin service, creative service (I'd have to scroll up to see more...but you get the idea )
