Roast Chicken with rice and peas and salad.

    Monday
    Leftover dinner.

    Tuesday
There's a special offer in Lidl next week. £5.99 for a whole duck, so I'm going to attempt to make aromatic duck with pancakes and noodles.lick.gif

    Wednesday
Mackerel and Greens with green plantain.

    Thursday
