    Let me get this right. So, you're a farmer, a LandLADY owning a few properties, travell for leisure alot of the time, fabulously wealthy and a wg cdr ATC?

    You don't get full pension after 16 years service

    Then again the RAF were always better off than the Army
    If you find yourself in a fair fight, then you have failed to plan properly


    I've only ever been wrong once! and that was when I thought I was wrong but I was right

    I was born into a farming family,I chose to join the Royal Air Force as an air traffic controller,I attained the rank of Wg Commander after 6 years as a Satco,I met my husband who was Station Commander at Finningley.

    I retired with a full pension and returned to the family farm with hubby.

    Any more you need to know just ask?

    You do indeed get a full pension after 16 years reckonable service as a commisioned officer,if you are military you should know that.

    So please explain to me where you have the experience of the kit we get issued. because the last time I looked the RAF only sent pilots into the frontline.

    Air Traffic controllers are no where near the front line. And would have no need for half the kit I get issued.
