She didn`t step down,she was kicked out by her own party members.

Im not poor and im not rich. I pay my bills, have food in the cupboards and my 2 dogs are well cared for. In my eyes, things could be alot worse, so I wouldnt say im hard-up, no.
Also, it depends on your classification of poor. To somone who is living on the streets, I am very lucky. To someone completley up their own !!!, im poor!
