Samsung D600 for free??
Hiya to all!
I just need some advice before going ahead with this deal I found on esave.com. Not even sure if I am posting it on the right thread...
Samsung D600
It tells me I can get the Samsung D600 for free with 1000 off-peak calls for a 12 months contract (with Orange). And through cashback, I don't have to pay anything monthly. This deal seems too good to be true knowing it is quite a good phone too... so is there anything I should know?
Phones with the same deal for those who are interested...
Nokia 7360
Sony Eric. W550i
LG S5200
Thanks

As far as cashback is concerned e2save are a very safe bet. Ive had all my cashbacks from them without any trouble. Also their Customer Service is second to none. I personally have no hesitation in recommending them.0

Is itemised billing compulsory and how much is it and what is the rate for texting? .............. never had a mobile phone - never needed one - so don't know if it's such a good deal? [stealth charges!]
e2save are part of the Carphone Warehouse group - CPW have investors and shareholders who are looking for profits and dividends - generated from earnings. Giving stuff away free does not generate earnings.

OK I bought one!! £20 per month line rental to be claimed back in stages.
Does anyone know a cool/cheap/best blue tooth hgeadset to go with this phone?0 -
Thanks ppl! Never knew e2save are part of carphonewarehouse. Sounds reliable enough to me so I think I'm going to go ahead and get one... yah new phone! :j
Umm... Ivrytwr3, if you are still looking for the tariff details about how much for text messages, I hope the link below will help.

You've got me on it now, lol. What does everyone think of the free line rental for 12 months when it is only a 12 month contract?
It sounds a bit shifty to me, but if they are reputable I can't really complain.
Check it out

Whats even good about this deal is that you can actually make a profit out it.
If you go through QuidCo you can make at least £26.50 in cashback, meaning that you make a profit of £26.50.
I actually found the information on hotukdeal, link below:

I have just signed up to QuidCo, and today's deal is
£41.50 for a completed contract (3 day special rate!)
Even Better.
Many thanks for this.0 -
Yes this is an amazing deal - there are actually several at the moment through both E2Save and Onestopphoneshop - all on Orange 1000 off peak tariff. Both companies are part of Carphonewarehouse.
E2Save have a 'safe as houses' reputation on cashback with OSPS certain difficulties seem to appear.
These deals are common through the mobile industry - this one has all the classic symptoms of CPW chasing an Orange 'kickback' on a month end sales target. CPW will get £200-250 credit from Orange for each phone activated - so there's the incentive for CPW - they pass some of this on to the customer and hope on deals like this that there is a high percentage who don't claim their cashback.
So in summary - great deals £200 phones effectively free or even been paid to take away - but remember to be disciplined enough to claim the cashbacks.0 -
How does that Quidco thing work? I don't really understand it. I have signed up, but I don't understand how you get money back.
Thanks
