Nope, definitely not. The uber-bears were moaning about this only the other day. Rightly I think because doesn't matter how a house was sold, it was sold and the figures should be on the land registry.

!!!!!! did have a point because Topov would always appear in the middle of a spat - whoever Topov was, it was made to look quite realistic and added to the 'flavour' of the discussion.
