same here in cardiff...all of the Queen Street Boots machines showed a *technical fault* with this draw thing...grrrrr:mad: and guess what...none of the staff knew what I was talking about...!!All these years since I left school and I've never once had to use Algebra0

Really disappointed actually, at the risk of sounding ungracious - I am a very regular shopper at Boots, using my advantage card at least twice a week and I probably keep my local store open singlehandedly with what I spend in there on makeup/gifts/toiletries :rotfl:So thought I'd have had a good chance if it's 'preselected' - yet I've heard people say they've won who hardly ever go into Boots It's a shame they didn't 'preselect' some of their more loyal customers!
Oh well, thanks for letting us know about this anyway - I was going into town anyway so at least I didn't make a special trip to it!
ETA - ignore my moaning, just seen the first post' preselected at random'...I thought they had preselected people based on how much they shop there/use card!

I too was not a winner. However, actually putting my card into the machine made me realise that I had £8 credit on my card, which was used up on stuff I went in for already.
