Inserted my card in to a machine earlier and was told the system had crashed and to try again another day.

Hi, just back from sticking my card in boots kiosk machine and it only told me the points I have, asked a girl at the cash desk and she knew nothing about it .

Your points balance always shows first. Did you click on the View all offers button next?

The SA's don't usually know which offers and vouchers are in the AC machine, seems like Boots has postponed this one until today too.

Tried to do this this morning & got msg on screen saying something like 'due to technical hitch this promotion is not yet available' - maybe the system's been overloaded by MSE'ers!

I checked today and this offer came up as a competition *Win 1000 points (£10)* no mention of 200,000 random card numbers or anything like that so I hit the yes button and got the *techie error* message. I can't have hit the *next* button more than 3 times before it appeared...I'll leave it till the end of the week now...and report back then...

Only had the fault message in the 2 working machines in our 'big' store = not even a sporting chance of being lucky :rolleyes:
