still no sign of lazy peppers (need to give them a good talking to I think:rolleyes: ) but the courgettes that sprouted the other morning have grown 2 inches almost overnight:eek:
Have moved bigger peppers and tom plants into my office, along with my blueberry bushes which have all sprung into life in the house.

Roll on the weekend when I can get chance to get out in grden properly - weather depending.

Off to costco in a minute for oldies so may be spending money if I see any good bargains:rolleyes:

    Morning all

Pouring with rain here, kind of matches my miserable mood!! :o

Been off work all week now, am actually feeling a bit better today which is good, but I think because I've been in all week (apart from school runs) I'm starting to climb the walls!! Today is officially my last day off sick, as I dont work on Fridays anyway, so I will be back to work on Monday. DH is working late shifts this week, which means he is asleep all morning, then goes to work in the afternoon, & gets home after I'm asleep! So we dont really see each other! :(

Money wise, things are ok, am keeping to my budgets etc, & havent run out yet :p So thats all good. Just need to shake myself up a bit I think!

    Soooo.....today:

    - Check online banking
    - Sweet & Sour chicken & mushrooms & rice for tea (chook in freezer, sauce in cupboard)
    - Washing - hang on airers (see weather report above)
    - Hoover & tidy lounge
    - Change our bed
    - Check my seeds and have a nice chat with them
    - Make DH packed tea to go to work so he doesnt buy anything
    - Sort DH's drawers of clothes while he is at work & get rid of old cr*p that he doesnt wear :p
    - Make a Boots list - got card statement yesterday, got £12 of points! :T So the shampoo/deodrant that I was going to buy in Tescos on Sat will come off that list and onto a new Boots list.

    - Younger DD is supposed to be having a sports thing this afternoon - but not if the rain keeps up I fear. Fingers crossed that it stops!
Thats better, feel a little more focussed now! :o

Have a lovely day everyone xxx

Well I feel much brighter than I did this morning! :rotfl:

Been out - hooray!! Drove the car - woo hoooo!! :T :j So definitely on the mend. Went to Boots & spent my points on shampoo, deodrant, bubble bath, toothbrush & little lunchbag - got 3 for 2 on DH's deo, & bogof on the bubblebath, so very pleased with my haul!

And in our little tesco express they had the mothers day flowers all reduced - so have given a home to some daffs & chrysanths & they have brightened my lounge and my mood!!

Resolution for tomorrow - try & learn the daily scratchies thing - just looked at the link above, will read properly later. Also another resolution - try & do 10 comps a day on the comps thread - you never know!! :rotfl:

Bathgatebuyer, sounds like you can join me in the angry corner!! I am in a very bad mood and currently listening to my music very loud to cheer myself up!!

OH went away and did not give me his new mobile number so couldn't get in touch with him, finally did but not impressed. Then found out mystery shopping are kind of refusing to pay me because a staff member did not give me a particular form, and we are talking £250. Then a course i enroled on which i believed started in April i find i was put on the January course but was not informed of this nor that it had started so i have missed it and might lose the £75 i paid. If things can go wrong it seems they will today! Must remember to breathe!!

    Things for today:
-Got two new tyres put on my car
-Spent 45mins in the garden continuing to cut it back, its getting there!
-Went to the shops whilst my car was getting new tyres and picked up chicken kievs, four for £1.25, got two lots and reduced fish, so was very pleased.
    -Paid cheques into bank
-Picked up load of goodies for work from the £1 shop, saving around £30
    -Did daily scratch cards
-Phoned up mystery shopping company to sort out the money they owe me
    -have done a mystery shop
    -Checked online banking
-cancelled a direct debit that doesn't need to go out

Once i have finished listening to my music i will calm myself down make a cup of tea, have a hot bath and be more productive:rotfl:

I'm clearly in a very moany mood - need to join the ranting corner with Bathgate buyer and Andan!

I have changed my bank account to a First Direct one to get free £100 and was checking the DDs and found a new DD that I didn't recognise. I called them to find out what it was and they wouldn't tell me. I finally got home to look through my paperwork and found that it was for the Sofas for which payments are supposed to start in December 09. So I spent an infuriating call with GE Capital who insist that ALL DFS agreements start 1 month after payment AHHHHHHH. I want to whack someone - am so angry!!! I can't even sit down and work on my assignment.

The store's office isn't answering the phone so am going to send an email to make myself feel better.

I really don't need this right now.

HOpe you don't mind me venting here :o
