I've got the insoles but if I wear them in my trainers, my foot sits too high in them and I get blisters on my heels. Trying to find some new trainers that suit me better at the moment. Apparently I under pronate? Not sure if that would affect my ankle but I'm going to look for trainers that will help me compensate.

I'm not sure where I could run locally that would involve grass - might have to investigate that!

    Cheers hun :)

It could well do re: pronation - I have neutral feet so I dont know...

But you have taken the insoles out of your trainers (the silly foam ones) to put the others in right?? Sorry if thats sucking eggs :o
  • Buffy, that is appalling hun.

What's prompted that or do you want to talk about it?

I think its my second job, my migraines, my apparently less then positive attitude. I don't hang on his every word. Honestly I do not know. I just feel numb with shock.

    I just honestly don't know.

    thanks tho xxxx

Lol yes, I had a battle getting them out too because they were attatched! But the sorbothane ones are quite a bit thicker at the heel, so the trainers don't seem to fit properly once they're in.

I tried to buy new trainers on Sunday after a bit of research into suitable ones on the internet, but nowhere had anything suitable in my size (I'm a 5-6 depending on the brand - who would have thought that was so difficult to get hold of!!).
