you'd be suprised how great you feel after a nice long run!

I'd be shocked if I felt anything after a long run except electricity flowing into my chest as they try to get the ticker ticking again...

Ice is the way forward - a pack of peas is always good :D

And why not try investing in some sorbathane insoles if you havent already ??

I get a sore ankle from time to time - its usually from too much running on hard surfaces - are you on the pavement all the way and could you switch to grass etc??

    Anyway enough running talk ;)
I've got the insoles but if I wear them in my trainers, my foot sits too high in them and I get blisters on my heels. Trying to find some new trainers that suit me better at the moment. Apparently I under pronate? Not sure if that would affect my ankle but I'm going to look for trainers that will help me compensate.

I'm not sure where I could run locally that would involve grass - might have to investigate that!

    Cheers hun :)

  • Hi guys, wish I had time to catch up but I really don't

I am in big trouble at work. My boss has complained and I am now in "informal capabilities" - which basically means my boss can say what he likes and I have to disaprove him.

Obviously this would go on my reference, so I cannot give my notice in until it is off my file - a half term apparently. Which is just great as I had just decided to give it in.

I am in bits to be honest. my union guy is good but the whole school has gone mad. its crazy.

I am going to copy this to my diary.

    see you all later xxxx
