made redundant, any point in appealing it?

Hi I was also told that that I was made redundant 10 days ago, i haven't worked since then., I had my consultation meeting on monday. my duties, and the team that I was managing (I was the quality manager) have been given to another manager my question is, is it fair that I was the one that was made redundant instead of…

omg I'm so glad to find this forum. I'm heard in the wind that I'm up for redundancy shortly, I'm very worried and will definitel coming back here for tips and advice when the dreaded day comes!
