Can anyone comment on this subject?
We've been to Centerparcs Longleat, expensive, not chavvy, any comments on anywhere else? We might go somewhere over Easter. Would like some child-friendly features.

I know it's a haven site but the caravan park at Berwick (not the Haggerston castle site one just the plain old Berwick one) is nice. It's right on the sea front, a 15 min walk into Berwick through lovely old roads and bridges, and best of all it's quiet and chav free as all the "chav" families seem to go to the Haggerston castle site as there are more activites and trailer caravan area.
We've been to Berwick a few times now and never had any trouble, my friend loves it so much she bought a caravan there last year.0 -

I never said they had to be cheap.
To a great extent the high pricing of places like Centerparcs is done as a chav filter. The European ones are much cheaper because they don't have the same chav problem that we do.0 -

This place is very popular, just a shame about the caravans

Have to agree, although Sandy-balls does sound like it may be uncomfortable, it really is a lovely place to holiday and great horse riding nearby too. xx0
