Also try step one.. my gf get sack and they helped we got £4000 also if she is signing on you will have to pay it back out of the money you get and they will also have to to pay tax to the tax man

You won't have to pay back anything if any settlement is paid out prior to tribunal.

    Hi ppl,
Sorry I've been this late with an update! But I did PM jobbingmusician telling her of the outcome. Basically what happened was an ET was submitted and filed, before there deadline my sister was contacted by ACAS saying the nursery want to settle - After some consideration my sister accepted it (it was worth about 4/5 months wages) and the case was settled. Her friends at the nursery did say whatever she had done was good because since then they were all given contracts, they did also mention that a solicitor came to talk to them about 'stuff' (I guess to scare them off so no one else does the same thing)...

My sister then got married in August and has a beautiful son :)

If it wasn't for this site and the help from people on this forum doubt she would have even bothered! So i know I have said this before but honestly thanks a lot jobbingmusician and everyone else as well...

Anyone else in the same boat I would say go for it all the way, don’t get intimidated and honestly there is no stress or hassle…

    P.S. :

I know this is old now but it was linked in a new thread. What was the outcome hafe4k ??

Which thread if you don't mind me asking?

The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything it's too late to stop reading it ....
