Hi,
I have not yet received the UU water bill for the year 2009 2010. Has anyone had theirs yet?
Our last direct debit for 2008 2009 went out middle of this months and i have not had any correspondence from them.

Hi! The water companies are required to send annual bills in April at the latest. This is because their financial year ends in March and also in line with Water Industry Act 1991. Having said that, it may depend whether you have a meter or not. Unmetered customers generally receive their bills earlier.
