Gonna go with Three then, never been on three, just hope they not that bad.

Saw this deal and thought it was great. Then did a search for reviews of 3. Not going to bother now!

I think it depends where you are.. I live in London and the coverage isn't that bad.

For anyone who wants to know which masts are in your area and who owns them, have a look here http://www.sitefinder.ofcom.org.uk/
Click on the map then enter town, postcode or street, then zoom in onto the blue triangles for info.

Its not the actual coverage that bothers me. Just read the reviews on 3's legendary CS. You could start by reading the '3 are the cheapest but are they the best' sticky thread at the top of this forum. Not good reading at all.

We are British. We only say something if we have a bad exprience. For every dissatisfied customer (with anyone, not necessaraily Three) there are 1000 happy customers.

Yes I have been reading that thread. Most of the bad experiences are outside of London. There were a few 9/10's with people in London.

This is very true, however, the amount of unhappy customers does appear higher than if you do a search for reviews of O2 for example. Also, and this could just be me, I have not actually met anyone who has been happy with 3's service although this morning I did speak with someone who is happy with their coverage, but again, thinks their service stinks!

I have never had a problem in over five years with multiple contracts. There are also plenty of people on here who never have a problem who post from time to time, but they give up because they are fed up of being doubted or accused of working for Three  (seriously, it happened).

For me the Three CS is generally poor compare with O2, vodafone.
But signal strength in London is stronger than Vodafone for me.

I know what you mean. I have had numerous cashback contracts with E2Save (including one about to end) and have never had a problem, but apparently they are the worst company in the world. Strange innit?
