New board suggestion

I just wanted to know if you would consider a new board for people emigrating/immigrating which could be used to field questions about shipping/green cards/working abroad/local customs/bureaucracy etc? I'm sure it won't happen but I think it would be a really useful board as none of the other boards really seem to deal with this. MSE is fantastic btw :T.
