if its s/w version a22 or less you can do it but you need a serial cable and free s/w called panasonic code reader
to check s/w version do this:
Just after your PIN code, but before the carrier logo appears, just put *#9999#
The last # doesn't appear , it is normal.
Just wait for a few seconds, then, the version of your firmware magically appears within a lot of information... It is the number after the A (for example A16, or A19...)
Your phone must be software version A22 or lower, to find this out:
· Turn your phone off
· Turn it on again
· As soon as you can enter a number (Not Pin/Phone Lock) enter *#9999#
· At the end of the top line it will say (e.g A19-A19)
· This number must be A22 or lower or you can’t unlock your phone0
