Lisa - running HJT isn't diffucult. Just download it here.....

(part way down the page under the heading "official downloads")
....and install it to a permanent place on your hard drive.
Open the HJT file and choose the first of the options on the menu "Do a system scan and save a logfile". Two things will happen .... first your system will be scanned (takes a few seconds) then a logfile report appears.
Copy and paste that report to this thread and we'll take a look at it.
