I rememeber that Martyn Lewis said there where some superb deals at the moment a month ago with broadband at around £5 per month.
I have reccently had to set my home up again and need to find a cheap supplier as my income is not vast .
Can anyone recomend a supplier.
Thanks in advance

There are special offers (through O2 etc) that with cashback you can receive broadband for as little as £5 WHEN AVERAGED over the first year but you will still pay £19 month to month for landline and broadband. Other bundles on LLU start at around £17 per month.
If you see anything advertised at less than £16.50 odd then chances are something hasn't been included in the quoted price.0 -
If you've a BT line - I would suggest O2 as being your cheapest option.
Go through Quidco (to get £70 back) and its £18 for the year. This price is dependent on you being an O2 customer (you qualify by topping up £10 a quarter) - so even with the extra £40 a year you might have to pay - it works out at less than £5 a month.0 -
I vote for O2 and BT too but what it works out as is less relevant than the monthly cost. It still costs £18.50 odd month in month out. (Plus £3.33 to spend on mobile calls.) Once you've received the £70 cashback and gone down the pub... still £16 a month, not £5.0

Plusnet Value package is one of the very cheapest broadband + line rental + free evening and weekend calls.
But you have to live on a market 3 exchange to get the cheapest price.. if you go to the plus.net website you'll be able to find out - by trying to sign up and putting in your postcode and telephone number, it'll then tell you before you sign up if you can get the Value package for £5.99 or not.
It's £5.99 for the broadband + £9.75 for the line rental (cheaper than BT who charge £10.27 for line rental) - you do need a BT line though.0
