Trick: Get 60% off your Bethere.co.uk monthly charge!!!

I recently wrote an email to Bethere.co.uk asking for the MAC number because I wanted to change provider.

Here is the reply I got:
"Dear Gregory Chauvet, Thank you for contacting us. We are sorry to hear that you would like to leave us. That is why we would like to offer you to reduce the monthly fee to only 12 pounds per month, without changing your download/upload speed. Please update us if you would like to take this special offer, or you still want to continue with the cancellation. Kind regards, Hristo/Be team"

I've been with Bethere.co.ukfor almost than a month so it may not work for new customers.
But worth a try! :p

The maximum Be contract is £21.50 a month? 60% off?

There's a 3 month notice period on the Be* Pro package so I don't understand this:

"I've been with Bethere.co.ukfor almost than a month so it may not work for new customers."

I presume it's 'almost more than a month' - Anyway I can't quite decide if the OP wants to leave Be* or not..

It's hardly a new trick asking for your MAC to try for a discount - I've asked Be* if they will price match their BB with o2 in order for me to stay. I am prepared to move to o2 if they don't.

However, I do think the OP is just reminding people that they don't have to stay locked into an unacceptable monthly spend when it's always worth negotiating for a better deal.

After all, is that not what this site is all about?

Just have my BE Ulimited package reduced to £12 from £17.50 (-31%).

I just raised a ticket asking for price match to O2 and within 3 hours they offered to reduce my monthly fee, without changing my package.

    Thumbs up BE!!!

Its hardly suprising they will price match O2....its the same company. O3 own them.

The main difference between O2 and BE is the router.
The one BE supply is pathetic.
