Nokia 3109C Help needed please?

Hi

Hope someone can help?

I lost my work phone last week, full of important numbers. Got a replacement yesterday (same model 2109C) and Orange transferred the cancelled old number over, so it's the same.

Last night managed tp put most of my contacts into new phone. But today when some of my contacts rang their name is not coming up on the screen, it just states "CALL".

Tested it with some friends, and no contact name shows up, got my teenage daughter to look at it, and even she is stummped and thinks I have to contact Nokia.

Any idea's please?
