Here's the actual letter i received today, It seems a bit dodgy to be honest, i googled 'Midas Legal Services' and found that they are owned by moorcroft and aren't soliciters, I also found that guy who signed the letter, Mr M Dobson, Litigation Manager also occasionally signs his letters as Mr M Dobson, Solicitor, and usually some fake qualifications.

Oh, and in one part they say that legal action may be taken without further notice, are they allowed to take legal action without telling me?0 -
Hahaha I got a letter from midas legal services, same one as you last week. It is basically moorcroft using another scare tactic.0
