Any feedback before it is sent?
You've already informed them the account is in dispute, that's good enough.
Sending that letter will only encourage them to further communication, which can easily be avoided, however, I respect it's your decision how you wish to handle it.Click here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.

Do what I suggest in post 20, they've "Threatened" you with legal action, bounce it back at them, they need to be made aware you're not fooling around.
It can't get any worse until the dispute is resolved, if that means asking a court to resolve it, then so be it.
Ok so how do I go about threatening to claim expenses or whatever off them, I got the part about making a spreadsheet with expenses for stationary etc but what exactly should i and should I not include, are there any guides or templates?0 -

2 hours drafting correspondence @ £9.25 = £18.50
Stationary = Cartridges 2 x £20.00 = £40.00
Recorded delivery 3 x £1.08 = £3.24
Telephone calls 4 x 10p = £0.40
Etc,. etc,.Click here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.

I see, i'll get right on it, so I should just accompany the spreadsheet with a letter basically claiming for these expenses? Also Ive removed my name from the post like you suggested so could you edit your post which also includes it please?0
