Thank you. I was looking at brochures when I was having a long lie this morning. I was wondering if Sunny beach was ok, as seemed cheap. I do react badly to mozzie bites and would rather choose somewhere else.

yes there are loads of 'working girls', mafia don't trouble you unless you have a nightclub (or a multi million £ business), but the rest ......................well.
He either didn't want to take you back there, or stayed in his room for the whole holiday!
I have a place further up North along the coast. Nowhere quite like it in the world.
I wouldn't recommend Sunny Beach as a resort. Its all the worse of Brits abroad. Toned down a little is Golden Sands, but again wouldn't like to stay in the resort. OK for a visit, but lots of drunks, Brits on cheap booze making us all look pretty stupid.

The northern resort of Golden Sands should be OK.
Can`t say I`m a great fan of Bulgaria,only went for a week one October and that was enough.
Not as cheap now as when I went 12 years ago.
Went with Balken Travel and they used the old Russain Tupolov areoplanes,that was an experience in itself.
One elderly couple we met had been bitten rotten by mozzies and couldn`t wait to get home.
