O/T 'recognised' religion and the workplace

squirrel, your question was not to me but..
my issue would be that's its tough enough for an organisation dealing with all the real religious beliefs and respecting them, without stuff someone has made up in their head as a religion :-)
It sounds like the OP is really doing exercise? which I don't mind in the company gym with a trainer to supervise in case he hurts himself. But not every workplace has a gym, or a superviser. I dont want to be sued because he's done himself a mischief on a potentially disused stairwell no one walks up and down, by doing higher risk stuff than usual.
My bigger issue is that he didn't ask first so a risk assessment could be done.
OP can believe whatever he likes if it doesn't cause me extra work. In this case, I believe it needs extra form filling.Debt free 4th April 2007.
New house. Bigger mortgage. MFWB after I have my buffer cash in place.0 -
Thanks Emmzi.
As I am not an employer I don't fully understand how these things imact so heavily on companies hence why I asked what the issues would be.
I like your comment re form filling though and understand the potential issues an employer would have now. Tahnks you.0 -
