Secret santa and birthdays - p*ssed me off as well, funny how I always had to contribute to everyone's birthday but no-one even asked me when mine was. You know, you work with people, you help them out and just the words "Happy Birthday" would have been nice.0

Thats not good affluenza, I know what you mean though! I need to get secret santa banned this year at our works, only me who stuck to the £5 & funny rule, bought my boss a value hairdryer (hes bald) everyone else bought expensive gifts (apart from the person who got me) they werent even funny! I was on the floor laughing when boss opened mine.. he knew it was me!
anyways... You can tell when your BR when...
Your Home every night never mind just fridays!
You change your fav brand of Coffee to something cheaper (yuk!)
Everything in you fridge is close to the best before date or past it
value tins stock the cupboards and you pursuade yourself these beans are better than heinz!
You look for free seeds to grow your own
you decide meths doesnt taste that bad
you join every cashback site you can (i have £35 coming from N.O.W)
You compain at all bad service.. just incase you get money off/back0 -

Coffee is one thing I don't cut costs on - Nescafe or nothing! You're right though I have value brands from Asda, Tesco and Sainsbury's lining my cupboards.:D
