Sshh - don't tell anyone but I usually recycle them by giving them away next Christmas. I got a really nice Champneys set a couple of years ago and just wrapped it up for someone else. As far as the crap ones go - they go into the secret santa that we do at work. I've spent years buying nice presents for those only to receive junk myself so now I retaliate.
