    thanks for the info. I need a 30min fire door for flat entrance, which opens up to an internal corridor (where there's a security door in hallway). No letter box needed, have hinges. Doors are about 50 quid in Jewson.

    £275 for a days work - is this really the going rate? Sounds great, wish I was a carpenter...

    In that case i think you should get it fitted for £100 - £150.

    Markie 1980 has it about right id say about £150-00(unless your on the 87th floor.).:D When I hang them I always make sure I have 3 Weetabix.....
