Finding Top-Spec laptop on Orange Mobile Broadband (10GB+)

Hi,

Over the past few days I've been trying to find the best spec laptop I can get 'free' on a Mobile Broadband contract.
I can find a very nice Sony Viao NS20, but the contract is for just 3GB of usage.

I think I will need 10GB or even an unlimited deal.

Has anyone seen a 10GB+ Mobile broadband deal with a top spec laptop? (Preferably Core2Duo, large RAM, large HD etc... )
If I take a deal out on Orange thru a third party, can I then approach Orange for a better deal on bandwidth?
