    No I didn't get that far only sent the first letter. I wasn't very well with being pregnant and i had to move down to be with my boyfriend, trying to sell my house, starting a degree and working full time it got forgotten tbh. Now i'm on maternity i have a bit more free time so want to pursue it again.

    So write directly to fos EXPLAINING THE SITUATION IS THE NEXT STEP


    To me you have a good reason here, with lots on your plate to deal with, and of course with all that went on at the time, its understandable.

    I would contact the FOS by phone, explain, it should be a lot quicker than writing to them, they should arrange to send you a form through the post, or you can download one from their website, fingers crossed, please keep us posted and hope all is well now.;)X

  • Only a mock the real 1 is next monday. I have to write a presentation argh!!!! (to work in forestry confused!!) Main problem is the others in work will have access to all the rescources and none for me. it's an internal job!!

    Anyway they think i have a case so i have to post the letters from HSBC off with a covering letter!! fingers crossed
