I wasn't very well with being pregnant and i had to move down to be with my boyfriend, trying to sell my house, starting a degree and working full time it got forgotten tbh. Now i'm on maternity i have a bit more free time so want to pursue it again.
So write directly to fos EXPLAINING THE SITUATION IS THE NEXT STEP
To me you have a good reason here, with lots on your plate to deal with, and of course with all that went on at the time, its understandable.
I would contact the FOS by phone, explain, it should be a lot quicker than writing to them, they should arrange to send you a form through the post, or you can download one from their website, fingers crossed, please keep us posted and hope all is well now.;)XThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
