Brilliant. I've been looking for one of you.:j
What's the best ETF for taking adavantage of increases in the oil price?
And, aren't there stockpiles of oil round the world which will depress the oil price still further before it spurts off into the stratosphere again?
Thanks
There is a big stockpile of oil right now but inspite of this, oil prices are stilll creeping up. The stockpile should be gone in about 6 months and then oil prices may start rocketing.0 -

Yeah, but it doesn't say what the best is. That's why I wanted some feedback from the experienced oil trader.0 -

Oil is still cheap at at $51s, corn is very cheap at 386, and sugar n wheat are cheapest they will get at daily market prices, as they bottomed out in jaunaury.
ETFS Crude Oil does not reflect the Oil price you mentioned.

Barny, you are being unfair. With futures trading you cab start with an overdraft and make the big time in a few weeks.;)

Good luck. Let me know how you get on as we are in the same boat. How much are you currently able to save a month. For me it is around £800 ish. Oil investment looks good but I still want to make sure before I take the plunge:jCompetion Wins 2008 - £1700 - 2009 £5300
2010- £6800
