The wireless router is mine, I bought it when I first got my lap top in 2003. Did not know freesat existed. I have just looked at the programmes and they do not seem to have either GOLD or Alibi which are the two programmes OH watches.Was 13st 8 lbs,Now 12st 11 Lost 10 1/4lbs since I started on my diet.0

I think you may be confusing Sky Television (i.e. the satellite dish and box) and Sky Internet. The two are totally separate although depending on where you live you can opt for a cheaper package deal.We went with Sky because OH wanted the programmes you cannot get on whatsit thingy.......freeview....sorry mind is scrambled trying to cope with everything.........
I live out in the sticks and my local exchange is only BT but I still get very good broadband from a lesser known ISP (Eclipse). I have Sky TV too.
So bottom line - use Sky for your TV and choose ANY ISP for your broadband down the BT phoneline.0
