That's exactly what I bought.
Spent ages wiring up the wire coming from the external aerial into the big socket.
Then plugged in the splitter.
Then connected the tv aerial into one bit of the spitter sockets and plugged the 25m estension into the other splitter socket.
Spent ages trying to get a good picture - no luck
I ended up just cutting the tops off the 3 cables and joining them together .
All the middle wires twisted together and taped, then all the little wires from the outside twisted together and taped. Being very careful that none of the outer wires touch the inner wires or you'll get a terrible picture.
Probalby worth buying that and trying it the 'right way' first (using the plugs and sockets) and seeing if you get a good picture.
And if it doesn't work try splicing them together with pvc tape and see if it's any better

If you mean your Sky Dish the answer is no.
If you mean your terrestrial aerial the answer is yes as per SRA, but you already say your signal is poor so it would probably not work.That gum you like is coming back in style.0
