New ISA or Savings account for £25K

Hi,

I currently have an A&L ISA with £25,000. I wish to put this in an ISA next year or alterntively a higher interest savings account. I dont intend on touching it much (or at all). So I wont be making regular withdrawals from it.

Can anyone suggest any (relatively) strong ISA or Savings for the forthcoming year? With the emphasis on being able to tranfer existing funds into a new ISA. I know Barclays do a 'Gold ISA' but you cant tranfer in previous ISA funds.

Thanks a lot.
