is this contract any good?

ive had an email from https://www.themobs.com they are offering a 12 month contract on a ministry of sound phone with 10 months at £2.99 then the last 2 at £35 with that you get 400 xnet minutes and 250 txts
any comments as cant see any other catch

Looks good but make sure you answer these questions first:

Are you sure it's a 12-month contract?

Are you sure you will be able to claim cash back (will they still be around in 12 months time)?

400 minutes and 200 texts ... The total comes up like £70 + £30 + your spending above 400 minutes. The contract is on 3 so check if it will have strong recieving signal in your area. if you think paying £100-120 is ok for the phone then go for it after answering questions from above post but if similar is avaialble from a well known shop then I would prefer to buy it from there rather doing deals online.

Themobileoutlet has the same phone, same tariff on 12 month contract for free. Obviously cashback offer on line rental!
