It worked instantly twice for me before 'checking' the registration. Do you think this is down to IP address, cookies or what? How does it tell whether it's the first time you're registering or otherwise?

Indeed but that is probably the surest way of getting the promotion shut down ASAP.

Still, it's not like Shopfar have gone out of their way to prevent this sort of thing happening, is it?

The website certainly leaves a cookie on your machine. It may also use IP address logging.

Exactly...they've been doing these promotions for a while now. i at least shop with them so they get my service rather than my freebiehuntingness!!!

I have registered with this site but think i've done it wrong! I can't find the promotion field to enter the code in. Can someone please help?

Sammie...it would have been in the registration form. if you've registered, try cancelling your membership and reregistering. shopfar should have sent you a confirmation email of your registration..the cancel option should be at the bottom of that email :T

I took the link and could not find the place to put in the promocode. I took a look at the web address - and it had forwarded me to a us site - I changed US to UK and it all worked fine!
