shopfar.com free Itunes songs

Can someone please tell me if I get proof via email or something that I have paid and downloaded these tunes legit.

I am getting married in two weeks time and need to bring my own music to the wedding , they will only allow downloads from internet if I can show proof of purchase.

Or is there a diffrent site that you can recomend.

When you register, i.e. enter your name, password and e-mail address, the last field is for a promotional code - enter DIYTUNES in that field.

You get an email when you register that says:

"We would like to welcome you to shopfar.com. Your 12 free songs from
the joining promotion are in your account - make sure you redeem these
codes at the UK iTunes music store before March 13th.

It is legit...you'll receive your email from itunes as per normal (normally the following day) and it will list all songs purchased and total should be £0.00

i have never had a problem with using these codes from this site nor with itunes itself.

can someone explain how this works please? i cant see my free credits in itunes?

:rotfl: lynsey...when you register with the site, it should tell you whether you have the points due for redeeming (at the top left/on your account)...if however, as seems most likely) points will not be available for redemption until shopfar check out if your registration is legit. if this is the case you will receive an email in the following 1-3 days informing you your points are available for redemption. again click on my account (on shopfar), click to redeem, click back to my account, and the 3 codes will be listed...

then go on to itunes, log on, on the left hand site in the account details (on the home page) should be a link for redeem...put the 12 letter code in (copy and paste) and press redeem. then when you see you log in name in itunes, next to it should say x amount of song credits...

purchase songs as normal...

In fact, shopfar make the codes available straighaway. There appears to be no checking of an applicant's legitimacy (which rather opens it to abuse.) Once you have registered, go straight to My Account and get the codes.
