Hi
I am stumped so thought I'd post here in case anybody can help
Bought an NEC e313 unlocking kit off ebay - this item to be exact
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5843500698
Used it and superficially seemed to work OK - I inserted the new O2 SIM and it was recognised fine (when the phone was locked it wasnt recognised) - the display seem to indicate I have connected to the O2 network with good signal strength
Left it at that at the time as I was getting my mobile number and call credit ported from another O2 SIM onto this new one
Only recently tried to make a call and found out I always get the message "Unable to connect at this time - please try again later" - when I try to call the mobile I get sent straight to voicemail
Went to an O2 shop and confirmed that the SIM works fine in another O2 phone i.e. its definately my mobile that is the problem
Also confirmed I call still make/receive calls with the original 3 network SIM card - the phone was originally locked to the 3 network
Also tried a Virgin SIM and got the same Unable to connect message
Don't suppose anybody has come across something like this before ?
Any help / pointers appreciated !
thanks
