looking for alfred angelo 1148 but in purple

I eventually bit the bullet went to a standard wedding dress shop at the weekend and amazingly found something which makes me look amazing.I had this Alfred Angelo one in mind when I went and its fantastic. The only trouble is that it only comes in 2 shades of white and I want a purple wedding gown.
Has anyone come across anything like this anywhere which I can order in a coloured taffetta. The neckline is perfect, the taffetta is gorgeous, the train is just right, the wrap of the fabric hides all the looser tummy bits I need hidden and its even got a lace up corset effect at the back so that keeps OH happy too.

Can you get the dress dyed?

You do realise that in a church purple normally represents mourning.

Yeah, probably china but I dont want to do that.Landy or milly would make it I know but I dont even let the kids watch pirate dvd,s so I cant do it.:o Ah!!!just looked at your profile, thanks, still wouldnt feel right getting it copied though but I may have to reconsider my morals for my perfect dress.AA dont even offer it in purple so it wouldnt really be copying, would it?Trying hard to convince myself.
It doesnt have to be this exact dress just one with the same shape.there must be somewhere does evening dresses or bridesmaids dresses which look just like this.

When I was getting married I had chosen my hymns until my mother pointed out that the one that was my favourite was used for requiem masses:o

I don't mean Landy lol. Have PM'd you.
The back of the dress would look super with an insert in the train. Almost like an inverted pleat.

Did you see the back of Jade Goody's wedding dress? It was on TV last night. This would be quite simple to achieve as the back of the AA one is panelled which would make it very easy to add the inverted pleats. Total one off. You would then have a complete original. Are you convinced yet? lol.

    Getting there.
