I make chicken in pancakes baked in the oven with cheese on the top, easy and the kids love it!

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Cheese sauce is one of the few complicated things I can make really well, my older sister was dead impressed when I told her I made it. Next time I go down, I have to bring my denim notebook with all my reciepes in for her, she wants me to make her my double layer chocolate orange cake.

Thank you for the cheese sauce recipes! :D :T

Can I make it today (the lasagne, not just the cheese sauce) and refridgerate it till tomorrow evening, or will it go funny?

Liking the Ragu suggestion but a) I've no shopping budget left and b) I can't be bothered to go to the shop. :rotfl:

Not sure on that one, Snaggles. Sammy, BB, do you know?

Edit: My god, it's ten already? I need to think about getting a move on, interview's not till 11:45 but I have to leave at 11ish and I haven't even got dressed yet. See this is why I had to get up at half 8, takes me forever to get going!
