Anyone know how to make the perfect cheese sauce for a lasagne?
Nope.
Never particularly like normal lasagne.
My mum used to make an awesome one using chicken and bacon and a spicy sauce rather than the mince. Sounds odd, but it is amazing.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

White sauce reciepe
Ingredients:
Milk 300ml
Butter 25g
Plain flour 25g
Grated Cheddar 50g
Melt the butter and stir in the flour, add the milk gradually till thickened. If you add the milk too quickly you end up with a lumpy mess! Then add the grated cheese in bit by bit, stirring it to make sure it all melts. All this on a medium heat. Not an expert, but I try and contribute and I'll always listen. melt butter and then put some plain flour and stir till thick paste.....stir in warm milk (slooooowwlly) till you get a non lumpy thick sauce and then stir in grated cheese...
No idea of the quantity cos I actually do just whizz it all in....and it works..but hang on I will go and read the bottom of my lasagne dish...Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

cheese sauce
In a pan, put a couple of tablespoons of plain flour and approx 3 ounces butter. Melt and stir for a minute or so on a low heat.
Add milk gradually - stir all the time. Every time it gets really thick, add a bit more. You'll probably need 1/2- 3/4 pint. Then add grated cheese and stir until melted."Stay Wonky":D
