hi everyone :wave:
It's my 20th birthday today so me and OH are watching daytime TV then going on a bike ride this afternoon, hopefully will be slightly more successful than the last one which involved a lot of mud, most of it on my behind!
I have just watched the Jade Goody thing on This Morning, its really sad and quite scary to be honest, she was only in her 20's. You just don't expect anyone so young to die of something like cancer, it really hits home that we aren't immortal.
The smear test age should have stayed at 18 in my opinion, I've still got 5 years (exactly) to go until my first one.
Anyhoo, hope everything goes well for everyone today

No I'm not coughing, My throat hasn't been sore, just dry because I'm mouth breathing with being all stuffed up.
