    Phone on silent (check)
    Shirt and trousers (check)
    Hair done nice (kinda check, bit mad today)
    Know where I am going (check)
    Just need to run to the loo, chew on a bit of gum and I'm done.
    Not an expert, but I try and contribute and I'll always listen. Middle child of middle child parents. I drink way too much coffee.
