Thanks Andan
Yeah I thought I would need the health and hygiene things so I will look into that. The local colleges do courses. There are some in the days and evenings but so far I get the impression that the day ones are better but I need to have a proper look. I will probably start on it properly when I have moved, I am really excited about it all. I have never really known what I want to do and now I have found something so it's really exciting for me. You work part time and run a business don't you? How are you finding it?0 -

Glad you are excited about it and have found something that you want to do, that can be a hard hurdle in the first place. The one thing i would say is start investigating your options as soon as you can and do it at a steady pace. What surprised me when setting up my business was that i spent ages on it yet it still took a long time to get it looking right.
I love working part time and running my business the other half of the time! I am very lucky in that i was able to find a job which suited my business. I work from 8 till 12.30 and not many people want a massage treatment before 1, so it suited me well. I think you have to be disciplined but if its what you want am sure you will find it easy to be disciplined.
lily, great enws about becoming debt free, how are you going to celebrate, obviously in an mse kind of way.:rotfl::j Live on £4500, £2531/£4500:T 101 in 1001 (52/101):j:beer::j

I will definately be taking it at a steady pace, I don't want to rush things and then it doesn't go well. I am still working hard at getting the debt cleared at the same time so I will be doing what I can until then, I think researching will be good whilst I am doing this and when that is done I will have alot more time, freedom and money to work on it more.0

On the money saving front, I am not doing much
- need to go do main shop tonight, nothing in
- will try not let OH & DS put too much in the trolley
- also do my tesco online order - anyone know where I can get a code for free delivery or anything?
- clean fridge out in preparation for filling it tonight
- will hopefully get loads of woopsies as were going at time they normally reduce stuff
If you're looking for Tesco codes, pop over to www.paidtoshop.co.uk - if there's anything Tesco to be had, thats where it is!! Very friendly too!0 -

Going to crack on now with my list from this morning....

Wonderful. Now, instead of the cost of the lessons, you only have to pay for petrol, servicing, MOTs, repairs, insurance and road tax.
Even with that lot, it's still far nicer to have the relative freedom that goes with it though

Thanks mogchops, managed to get £5 off my order which basically pays for the delivery and £1.50 left over as I get it delivered late. I am disabled and have started realising the advantage of getting them to deliver to my door and they can do the hardwork getting it up the steps to my house.0

- Cook todays and tomorrows dinner at same time to save on oven electric
