    Morning all!!

    Well done Shopaholic84 on passing the driving test!!!!:j :j :j :j

Andan Your list made me feel quite faint today lol!!:rotfl: How do you fit all that in the day?

I'm feeling brighter today but am still pretty deaf...drops don't seem to be doing any good (although the ear pain HAS gone). Just got a wooshing noise now. Starting to drive me slightly demented!

Got up late today so am trying to catch up on myself a bit. So here's the plan for today:

    * Washing - lots of - at 30'c mostly
    * Tryng to dry outside but is looking a bit dodgy
    * Check on-line banking :eek:
    * Do shopping list - need fruit, veg etc
    * Do any surveys that come through
    * Storecupboard dinner - had lots of food donated to us lately - have two pieces of gammon in the fridge waiting to be cooked!:T
    * Put change into Bertie Bassett
    * Count money in Piglets moneybox - he wants a car wash (a play one) and will not give us any peace till he gets one:rotfl:
    * Pink stripey sparkly socks on today...trying my hardest to sparkle!!

    Miss P
    xx

Its a sock rebellion :p , make you feel better sort of thing:D I might be at my desk being all serious and wearing my black boring business clothes but underneath is lurking a sparkly pair of purple cow socks which help me feel more sparkly and silly. :j Sparkly socks can work wonders when you are having a down day at work:p

Can fit it all in today miss piggy, because i only work half days at proper job, the rest is then time for studying and my business. However today i went to college and found out that i wasn't due to be at college at all, or rather i was but they changed the schedule without telling me, kind of nice i suppose, cos i get the day off but still get paid!!

    - also do my tesco online order - anyone know where I can get a code for free delivery or anything?

    - will hopefully get loads of woopsies as were going at time they normally reduce stuff
  • Hi All :hello:

Immensly tired today and not sure why as I was mostly fine at the weekend and I went to bed a little earlier last night and got up a little later this morning. Thinking it may be the combination of getting ready to move and coming to my job which I don't like.

I decided last week that I would like to be a cake decorator. I haven't had any classes but I am quite good (without sounding bigheaded) and I love making and decorating cakes and trying to outdo myself everytime I make one, lol. I think I could teach myself but would really like to go to some classes around work. I have alot of research and practise to do before I get started properly. I still need to be earning what I do now at least until my debt is paid and I know it's a good idea to have it all paid before I start properly. My aim is to still have it paid by the end of the year which gives me a good amount of time to research, practise and learn or at least start. I am going to look for a new job that is related, even if only a little. If I can't find anything related I want a new job anyway. I can go to evening classes or if I could get a job which means I could go to day classes that would be great.
    Does anyone have any tips?

    Today's list:
    Look for new jobs
    Free scratches
    Check online bank
    Get boxes from work
More packing and sorting for moving - only 2 weeks today, yay!! :D :j :D :j
    Drive economically to conserve petrol
    Look for cheap flat furniture
Iron and pack for boyfriends tomorrow
    NSD :j
    Took lunch into work

    Afternoon all :hello:

    Today I have/will:
    • do daily scratchies
    • daily clicks
    • check bank and update spreadsheet - payday on Wednesday
    • breakkie and lunch from storecupboard
    • cook special tea for DH - he's the big 40 today
    • pack suitcases ready for our trip to Viva Las Vegas on Thursday :j :j (all done through Quidco of course plus extra Nectar points by booking Expedia)
    • try and leave everything tidy at work so my colleagues can manage when I've broken up tomorrow
    • finish ironing as I'm sure there's something in the pile that I want to take on holiday
Hope everyone has a good day - very windy here but still bright.

    Regards

  • PaintedLady - I don't know if you have done it before but try typing something like tesco voucher codes into google and different websites like myvoucercodes and other ones will come up. They may be live or old so you will just need to check them in the discount box when you do your order. Hope you find one.

Debt free me, sounds like you have made a big decision there, but it all sounds positive so go you. Have you looked around your local colleges to see if they do any cake decorating courses, i know the ones near me do.

You will also need health and safety and food hygiene in order to make cakes as well, you know what the world is like these days!! All sounds very exciting for you.

Today is turning out lovely and positive for me. I have bought my car insurance through quidco and earned £45 cashback and its around £90 cheaper than last years, so its all good. I have also booked a day out in Oxford, which is part of my 101 challenge, and have got it for only £2 with megabus, so its definitely a productive day for me. Plus my kitchen is gleaming after the cleaning i have just given it!
